Promptness

Politeness

Remember to greet them by name, say "please" and "thank you," and apologize if necessary. By doing so, clients feel valued and appreciated.

 Professionalism

     As a business owner, you should strive to be professional in all your dealings with clients. Dress professionally when meeting with clients. It is important to be respectful and show up on-time. Provide well-trained staff, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Doing so, clients will view your business as credible and trustworthy.

Personalization

     Personalize the customer service to the individual client’s needs. It's crucial to pay attention to details in order to satisfy everyone’s unique preference and needs. Listen to your clients, ask them questions, and show interest. Tailoring your services to meet individual client needs will make them feel heard and valued.

     By focusing on these four Ps of customer service, you will set your franchise up for success. By prioritizing promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization in your service delivery, you'll keep your clients happy and your business thriving.
